Using the ACT Fidelity Measure in Practice and Supervision

The ACT Fidelity Measure (ACT FM), developed at the University of Leeds, is a short observational tool that rates what a therapist actually does in a session. It contains 25 items spread across four areas: Therapist Stance, Open Response Style, Aware Response Style, and Engaged Response Style.
