From Doing to Being: Beginning My Clinical Internship Through an ACT Lens

The question “Am I doing this right?” still appears. I suspect it always will in some form. But I am learning that its presence does not mean I am unfit for this work. It means I care. It means I am growing. It means I am standing at the edge of something that matters.
