Just Keep Swimming: With Gratitude for Sydney Towle

Sydney reminded me that grounding doesn't always have to look like sitting quietly in a therapy office practicing a formal exercise. It can look like walking outside, feeling the sun, laughing with someone you love, or simply noticing something beautiful that you might otherwise have walked past.
